This website is owned and operated by Zsuzsanna Finlay, trading as JKeeper. Zsuzsanna Finlay, trading as JKeeper is the responsible party for all data processing and the contracting party for anything agreed through this website.

Jason Finlay is the Founder and creator of JKeeper, goalkeeper and author. He is not the owner of this website, not the legally responsible party, and not a contracting party.

You must be 18 or older to submit a form on this website or to agree to these terms. Anyone under 18 cannot enter into an agreement with Zsuzsanna Finlay, trading as JKeeper and cannot submit the early-access or contact forms.

A parent, legal guardian or other competent person may complete the early-access form on behalf of a person under 18. In that case the adult contracts in their own name, confirms they have the authority to do so, and remains our only point of contact. We do not request or store the child’s personal details.

JKeeper shares educational, motivational and experience-based content from a goalkeeper's perspective. It is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical support.

JKeeper does not sell books directly on this website. Purchase buttons link to external retailers. Price, format, availability, shipping, delivery times, returns and customer support for those purchases are controlled by the retailer and governed by the retailer's own terms.

The Match Day Mindset Guide is a paid digital product sold by Zsuzsanna Finlay, trading as JKeeper. Jason Finlay is the founder and creator of JKeeper and is not the contracting party.

Digital-product purchases through JKeeper must be completed by a person aged 18 or older. By selecting a purchase button and completing checkout, the purchaser confirms that they are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of completing the transaction.

If a product is intended for someone under 18, the purchase must be completed by a parent, legal guardian or another legally competent adult using the adult purchaser's own name, email address, billing information and payment details.

People under 18 may browse JKeeper's public website but must ask an adult to complete any purchase on their behalf.

Purchases are subject to the applicable digital-product terms and refund policy of Lemon Squeezy and of Zsuzsanna Finlay, trading as JKeeper.

Checkout, payment processing, receipts and digital delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf. Their terms and privacy notice apply to that part of the transaction. JKeeper does not collect or receive your full payment-card details, and this website does not display or process card information.

Purchasers are not automatically enrolled in the early-access list, a newsletter or any other marketing. Any marketing invitation is separate, optional and never pre-selected.
