What we collect
Early-access form. We collect your answer to “who is completing this form?”, your full name, your email address, your signing capacity where you are acting for someone under 18 (parent, legal guardian or other competent person), optionally your country, the resources you select an interest in, your email consent answer, your optional general marketing consent, your age or capacity declaration and your Privacy Policy acknowledgement. We also record the page you submitted from, the exact consent wording you were shown, the consent wording version and the date and time.
Contact form. We collect your confirmation that you are 18 or older, your name, email address, enquiry type, message and your privacy acknowledgement, together with the consent wording version and the date and time.
We do not ask for and do not want special personal information, including health, psychological or mental-health information, in any form on this website.
Children’s personal information
JKeeper content is written for young goalkeepers as well as adults, but this website does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Anyone under 18 who selects that option on a form is blocked from submitting it. No name, email address or other information is captured at that point, and the form asks them to involve a parent, legal guardian or other competent person instead.
Where an adult signs up on behalf of a person under 18, we collect only the adult’s own name, email address, signing capacity and resource interests. We do not request or store the child’s name, email address, age, date of birth, school, club, location, images, performance data or any health or mental-health information. All communication is with the adult.
Consent for the processing of a child’s personal information under POPIA is only ever obtained from a competent person. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted information to us, email mindset@jkeeper.com and we will delete it promptly and confirm the deletion.
Why we collect it and the lawful basis
Early-access information is processed on the basis of your consent. It is used to decide which resources to develop first and to email you about the resources you selected. Contact information is processed to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of that correspondence.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for advertising profiling or automated decision-making.
Confirming your email address (double opt-in)
When you join early access, your record is saved with the status pending confirmation and we email you a single-use confirmation link. The link expires 48 hours after it is issued.
Only after you confirm is your record marked as confirmed, and only then is an internal notification sent to JKeeper. If you never confirm, no internal notification is sent and the unconfirmed record is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Consent, withdrawal and our consent record
Email consent is necessary to join the early-access list, because the only purpose of the list is to email you about the resources you select. If you do not give email consent, nothing is submitted or stored. General JKeeper marketing consent is separate and entirely optional, and declining it does not affect your early-access request.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing mindset@jkeeper.com. When consent is withdrawn we stop all marketing email, delete your resource interests and country, and keep only a minimal record showing that consent was given and then withdrawn.
We keep an auditable consent history for each submission: the event (consent given, reconfirmed, email confirmed or consent withdrawn), the signing capacity, the wording you were shown, the consent wording version, the Privacy Policy effective date and the timestamp.
Where it is stored and how long we keep it
Submissions are stored in a private database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the European Union (eu-west-1, Ireland).
Access is restricted to server-side code and to Zsuzsanna Finlay, trading as JKeeper. The information is never readable by other website visitors and the tables are not publicly queryable.
Unconfirmed early-access records are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed records are kept while the early-access list is active or until you withdraw consent or ask for deletion. Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up.
Email delivery
Confirmation, early-access and notification emails are sent through the email provider Resend, from the verified sending domain update.jkeeper.com. Every email we send identifies Zsuzsanna Finlay, trading as JKeeper, states why you received it, gives our contact details and includes an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email mindset@jkeeper.com and we will action reasonable requests.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Cookies, storage and tracking
JKeeper keeps this simple. Only strictly necessary storage is used by default. Analytics and marketing storage stay switched off until you actively allow them in the cookie banner or the preferences centre — nothing is pre-selected, and closing the banner does not grant consent.
- Strictly necessary — page delivery, HTTPS security, form spam protection and remembering your cookie choice. Cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — anonymous page and drop-off measurement, recorded as named events only. No form content or personal information is ever sent.
- Marketing — measuring the performance of JKeeper campaigns and resource launches. Your information is never sold.
Your choice is stored on your own device in a first-party record named jkeeper_cookie_consent (a cookie plus local browser storage) together with the date and the consent wording version 2026-08-09.v1. It is kept for up to 180 days, after which you are asked again. It contains no name, email address or identifier.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using , which is also linked in the footer of every page. Withdrawing analytics or marketing consent stops that storage immediately for future visits; clearing your browser storage removes the record entirely.
Book purchase buttons open external retailers, which set their own cookies under their own policies once you land on their websites. We cannot control or switch those off from here.
Security and spam protection
Forms are validated on the server, use a hidden anti-spam field and are rate limited. Website content is served over HTTPS. Confirmation links are random single-use tokens and only a hashed version is stored, so the link in your email cannot be reconstructed from our records.
External retailer links
Book purchase buttons open external retailers. Those purchases happen entirely on the retailer’s website under their own privacy policy, payment processing and terms. JKeeper does not receive or store your payment details.
Buying the Match Day Mindset Guide
The Match Day Mindset Guide is a paid digital product sold by Zsuzsanna Finlay, trading as JKeeper. The purchase button on this website links straight to the Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout. Your checkout information — name, email address, billing and payment details — is entered directly into Lemon Squeezy, which processes it as the adult purchaser's information. No purchase form or eligibility question is completed on this website.
Purchases must be completed by an adult aged 18 or older. An adult buying for a goalkeeper under 18 must use the adult’s own details at checkout. We do not request the child’s name, email address, telephone number, age, date of birth, school, club, location, health, mental-health or performance information at any point in a purchase.
Checkout, payment processing, receipts and digital delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which processes your purchase information under its own privacy notice. JKeeper does not collect or receive your full payment-card details, and no card or billing information is entered on this website.
Buying the guide does not add you to the early-access list, a newsletter or general marketing, and is not treated as consent to receive promotional email. Any future marketing invitation will be separate, optional and unchecked.
